HabeSec is an adversarial simulation tool for security risk assessment, research, and educational purposes. It uses the HABE (Hybrid Adversarial Baseline Engine) to simulate attack scenarios against uploaded log data.

2. Scope of Results

Important: Results are indicative assessments only and do not constitute formal security audits, penetration test reports, or security certifications of any kind.

3. Authorized Use Only

By using HabeSec you confirm you own the systems and log data you are uploading, or have explicit written permission from the system owner, and that you are using the service for legitimate security assessment, research, or educational purposes.

4. EU AI Act 2026 Compliance

EU AI Act Notice: HabeSec is developed in compliance with the EU AI Act 2026 under principles of Transparency, Human Oversight, and No Automated Enforcement. All results require human review before any security decisions are made.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developers of HabeSec accept no liability for security decisions made without independent expert review, false positives or negatives in simulation results, or any damages resulting from use or misuse of the service.
